Risk Management - A Business Analyst Perspective We can without argument agree that there is a worldwide focus on Digital Transformation and analytics. Companies are pushing forward with transformation efforts with the expectation that it will improve the way that they do business, but few consider the risks that may be inherent in Digital Transformation efforts. Risks that are beyond the typical considerations such as cybersecurity.
