J. Geiger Consulting has been an absolutely invaluable partner to Paperfest for the past two years. They serve as our dedicated Tech Crew, managing everything from internet and network needs to our security systems, with an onsite presence ensuring the festival runs safely and smoothly.

Their expertise goes far beyond the event weekend. They support our technical systems year-round, including managing our Microsoft subscriptions and playing a key role in the development and successful launch of our text club. They have also helped improve our backend systems, making our operations more efficient, secure, and seamless for attendees.

Their responsiveness is unmatched. When an issue came up with our car show voting through the text club on a Saturday, they dropped everything to fix it immediately. That kind of commitment is rare and speaks volumes about their dedication.

We meet with them regularly throughout the year, and they are always willing to connect in person, remotely, or over the phone. They don’t just solve problems; they help us plan ahead and consistently go above and beyond.

Paperfest is stronger, safer, and more connected because of J. Geiger Consulting, and we look forward to partnering with them for many years to come. If you need a team that is highly skilled and truly invested in your success, look no further.
